Turnaround Time

Delivery
We deliver throughout most of the Western New York area. Next day delivery available. Please call the location closest to you for specific delivery requests or questions.

In-Store Pickup
Same-day pickup available. We encourage customers to double-check the location they choose to pickup from at checkout.

Refunds/Faulty or Defective Product
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalized orders. Please email us at poppartyoffice@gmail.com for any returns. You must email within 14 days.

We may collect personal information to process your order such as name, address, phone number, and credit card information. We take every possible precaution to ensure that your private information is 100% safe and secure.

Order Cancellation:
Payment is required before an order can be worked on. We kindly request customers provide us a 24-hour cancellation notice.
