- Balloons not picked up will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipped Orders arrive uninflated and not assembled. Includes assembly instructions. We recommend adding a hand pump.
- Helium Filled can only be local pick up or delivery. They can not be shipped.
- An educated balloon specialist is always available during store hours for any specific questions regarding ordering and the proper care of balloons.
